FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 

WHAT IS THE FIRST STEP OF THE PUPPY PURCHASE PROCESS?

We want this to be a comfortable process for you so we ask that you contact us by email, text or phone call with any questions you may have.  Once you and your family have decided to move forward with adding a new puppy to your home we ask that you complete the Puppy Purchase Reserve form under the purchase tab.   

Due to Covid -19 flights have been very limited.  We can request a flight to see if one is available to your area.  If we are unable to book a flight, we can schedule your puppy to travel home via ground transportation.  We can also schedule a meet up.

Your puppy will receive a comprehensive evaluation from our Board Certified, Licensed Veterinarian before coming home to you. 

HOW CAN I SECURE THE PUPPY I WANT TO PURCHASE?

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to place a puppy on hold.  If the puppy is 8 weeks or older, we require payment to be made in full.  We will hold the puppy for 12 hours after receiving the Puppy Purchase Reserve Form.  We will contact you once the form has been submitted.   If we do not hear back from you after our correspondence during the 12 hour period then we will have to release the hold.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY PUPPY?

We will email you a PayPal invoice once you have submitted the Puppy Purchase Reserve Form and we have discussed the details.  You do not need a PayPal account to purchase via PayPal.  PayPal accepts all major credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.   If you choose to pick your puppy up we accept cash or PayPal.  

CAN I  MEET YOU TO PICK UP MY PUPPY?

Yes, there are many people who drive to pick up their puppy.  We can arrange to meet you at a public location in West Plains, MO where we live.    If requested, pet carrier will be an additional charge.  

CAN YOU EXPLAIN THE FLIGHT PROCESS AND PICKUP?

We will arrange all flight details for you.  We will email you all flight information once we receive flight confirmation from the airlines.  Your puppy will fly in a climate controlled area of the plane specifically for pets.  We will provide you with an AWB (Air Waybill) number to present when picking up your puppy.  You will also need to show a photo ID.  The cargo pickup address will be included in your flight details.

WHAT WILL WE RECEIVE WITH OUR PUPPY?

You will receive:  Health Certificate from our Board Certified Veterinarian, Registration paperwork, Microchip registration card, complete vaccine and deworming record and a baggie of puppy food.  Your puppy will arrive in a pet carrier (if flying) which is yours to keep . Your puppy will come up to date on all shots.
